Corpsmembers take the next step into the world of firefighting

 
Rocky Mountain Youth Corps members, in partnership with the Forest Guild along with The Nature Conservancy, New Mexico State Lands Office, and local fire departments,participated in the October 2013 Black Lake Fire Training Exchange. Four individuals received their S 100 / 130 / 190 certifications and participated in a five day field training on a 900 acre prescribed burn.
